Role Description

This is a full-time remote, 100% commission based role as a Sales Representative at Sell Up with monthly On Target Earnings (OTE) of $5,000-$12,000. As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include taking inbound meetings scheduled to your calendar (65% of the time), following up with your pipeline (20% of the time), and some outbound warm calls to pre-qualified leads (10% of the time).


TRAINING: Full onboarding support (4 weeks) + weekly ongoing training and sales huddles (3x/week) with the Sell Up Team (frameworks, methods, objection handling, offer battle cards, systems, processes, sales script, technology, etc.)


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or high-ticket sales (2+ years required)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (required)
  • Receives constructive criticism well and is coachable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated, gritty, and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience selling in the financial services or tax industry (preferred)
  • U.S. and Canada based only
