Sales Executive - Specialty Infusion

Our client is looking for a driven and competitive sales professional to join their team. This role focuses on driving IVIG sales in home or infusion suite settings, along with rare disease specialty infusions within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, independent environment and is motivated by achieving success.


Key call points include: neurology, immunology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. Building strong relationships with physicians, mid-level prescribers, and other key stakeholders will be essential. You must be confident engaging with all levels of customers, including senior leadership and C-suite.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for your territory.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Assist leadership in territory forecasting and business development.
  • Work independently, troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions using appropriate CRM systems.
  • Attend patient-focused events and participate in additional projects as needed.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • While IVIG sales experience is preferred, applicants with 3+ years in healthcare sales or other outside sales with proven success are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and sales abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet documentation requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with commonly used computer programs and CRM software.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving expertise.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, occasionally on short notice.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when needed.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
