This is a God-Inspired holistic healing company. Our founder went through a devastating health crisis a decade ago that God used to grow her knowledge of holistic foundational medicine. Our founder is dedicated to helping women heal their bodies, their minds, their emotions, their home, their children and families. 

The program she created from her healing journey is the most comprehensive and unique program available to all women

ABOUT ROLE

As a Closer (100% REMOTE) , your primary responsibility is to enroll qualified prospects into the Health Practice’s program.

  • The majority of calls will be inbound, engaging with primed, warm leads who have previously:
  • Watched a webinar.
  • Completed an assessment.
  • Paid to participate in the call.
  • Qualified prospects are typically busy women experiencing low energy and associated symptoms.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Program Knowledge and Communication

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the All Day Energy Solution? program and cellular health principles.
  • Effectively communicate the program's value and processes to prospects, addressing any questions transparently and attractively.
  • Use Company-provided scripts as a resource for call guidance.

Enrollment Calls

  • Conduct scheduled All Day Energy Consult? calls with prospects who book through the Company’s scheduling platform.
  • Maximize enrollment of qualified prospects into the All Day Energy Solution? program.

Payment Processing

  • Process payments and financing paperwork using Company-mandated software and forms, adhering to legal and procedural standards.
  • Utilize Company-provided tutorials, videos, and hands-on support for compliance.

Follow-Up

  • Conduct follow-up communications via text, email, or phone as necessary to close sales while maintaining required results.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Track prospect flow and sales cycle, providing detailed notes on each prospect.
  • Submit reports on commissions and sales using the Company's internal resources.
  • Maintain thorough records in Company-designated software.

Onboarding and Communication

  • Onboard prospects and relay necessary information to Programs, Finance,& Administration departments.
  • Uphold professionalism in all correspondence (e.g., social media, email, calls).

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

  1. Engage with every lead who attends or shows up for their scheduled call.
  2. Be available to conduct 30 scheduled calls per week, approximately one hour each, based on your schedule and lead availability.
  3. Achieve a minimum 25% close rate within 30 days of provided leads while maintaining prospect quality.
  4. Record all calls and submit recordings within 24 hours 
  5. Provide accurate tracking of completed, canceled, or no-show calls using the provided tracker spreadsheet.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. At least 2 years of priorHigh ticket  sales experience, preferably consultative sales, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge OR Previous experience in cellular health, nutrition, and holistic wellness.
  3. Able to pass background and reference checks. 
  4. Living and able to work in the United States
  5. Understands HIPPA confidentiality practices
  6. Documentation and assessment skills a MUST
  7. Experience using Practice Better not required but preferred, Go High Level, Facebook, and Zoom - this is a must for group coaching and program facilitation.
  8. Ability to adapt to changes quickly and maintain transparency with prospects.
  9. Resilience to rejection and willingness to engage in challenging conversations.
  10. Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
  11. Proficiency in basic tech platforms (e.g., Gmail, Facebook, Zoom, Google Docs) and openness to learning Company systems.

TIME AND EXPECTED EARNINGS

  • This is a full time 100% commission based 1099 contract role.
  • Required:
  • Available to work Monday – Friday during east coast standard business hours (9am to 5pm).
  • Weekly 1:1 meetings with your direct report.
  • Team Huddles with the sales manager.
  • Daily communication via Slack.

COMPENSATION

  • Earn $500–$855 per successful close, with a generous bonus structure to reward top performance.
