Job Overview

The Revenue Operations Strategist will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through a strong focus on system integration and automation. This role is responsible for designing and managing integrations across our CRM, marketing automation, customer success, and other revenue-focused platforms. With a data-driven approach, the strategist will identify and implement automation workflows to improve process efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and reduce manual tasks. Partnering closely with IT, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success, this individual will ensure systems work cohesively to support our revenue strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Integration: Design and manage integrations between CRMs, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and other relevant tools to enable seamless data flow across teams.
  • Automation: Implement and maintain automation workflows within tools (e.g., CRM automation for sales, lead nurturing in marketing automation, customer success touchpoints) to optimize revenue processes.
  • Data Management: Utilize SQL and/or Python to ensure data accuracy, quality, and accessibility within integrated systems, supporting reliable insights across revenue operations.
  • Revenue Insights: Work closely with leadership to develop and track key revenue metrics and forecasts using data from integrated systems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance the effectiveness of revenue operations through automation.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with IT, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to align system capabilities and processes with revenue goals, ensuring cohesive and effective operations.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in SQL and Python for data management and automation, with an aptitude for navigating complex technical systems.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy and reliability in data handling, integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactively identifies inefficiencies or issues in workflows, with the initiative to propose and implement effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Remains flexible in a dynamic environment, quickly adapting to changes in tools, workflows, and priorities to optimize revenue operations.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar systems-oriented role.
  • Proven experience in CRM and automation platform management, with a focus on integration and workflow optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL or Python for data integration and management.
  • Advanced English proficiency.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with database development and automation scripting.
