Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients through effective presentation of our products and services.
- Proactively identify and connect with potential customers via targeted outreach strategies.
- Achieve or surpass sales objectives within designated timeframes.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues with a focus on efficiency and care.
- Organize follow-up meetings to keep clients updated on our latest product innovations.
- Develop and tailor sales materials that clearly communicate our solutions to clients.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Understanding of gated communities, security systems, and property management.
- Familiarity with access control technologies, including self-screening kiosks and remote guard systems.
- Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven approach.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to deadlines.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the security sector.
- Knowledge of access control systems is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
