US$65,000.00/年 - US$75,000.00/年
Regional Maintenance Supervisor – Southern Region

  • Reports To Director of Mechanical Services.
  • Position includes travel, sometimes visiting multiple properties on the same day.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to climb a ladder.
  • Coordinate with regional property managers and site teams to ensure properties are properly maintained.
  • Implement preventative maintenance plans in collaboration with the Director of Mechanical Services.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, quality control inspections, and reporting for maintenance-related metrics.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Assist with due diligence for new acquisitions, maintenance budget development, and major contract oversight.
  • Quality Control oversight. Inspect paint, flooring, cleaning, and MRO installations in vacant ready units.
  • Project work to include special assignments related to improving maintenance efficiency and cost control.
  • Take lead on Property Inspections, including third party, insurance, ownership, state, and local.
  • Assist properties with resident requests as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned

Salary $65k-$75k annually
