Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Regional Director of Rehab at Enhance Rehabilitation, located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing the occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy rehabilitation services in the region.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physical Therapy knowledge
• General MDS knowledge
• Experience in long term care
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to develop and implement therapy programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting
• Active license in relevant therapy field
