We are expanding in 2024 and are looking for a Full-Time Sales Agent to join our dynamic team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Smooth Transaction Closures: Facilitate seamless transactions by collaborating with clients, other agents, and stakeholders throughout the closing process.
- Documentation Management: Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate, supporting a smooth transaction experience for clients.
- Property Listing Monitoring: Manage and monitor property listings, ensuring timely updates and accurate information.
- Coordinating Listing Operations: Oversee the entire listing process, from initial client consultations to property marketing and showings, ensuring all steps are executed efficiently.
- Market Research: Research real estate trends and conditions in the Bay Area to help determine competitive listing prices.
- Property Marketing: Market and promote properties through presentations, meetings, and both online and offline promotional activities, including open houses.
- Client Consultation: Understand client's needs and provide expert real estate consulting services to guide them through all stages of the sales process.
- Effective Negotiation: Negotiate effectively to achieve win-win solutions, supporting contract negotiations and overseeing transaction progress with other professionals.
- Property Resource Development: Participate in developing and maintaining the company's property resources while building relationships with homeowners.
- Client Relationship Building: Nurture strong client relationships through excellent customer service to support business development and customer retention.
- CRM Management: Use the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track engagement and integrate resources for better relationship management.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
- A real estate license is required or expected to be obtained within 1 month of hiring.
- Strong interest in the real estate market, with relevant residential or commercial sales experience preferred.
- Proficient in using computers and eager to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication skills, positive, motivated, and responsible with a strong team spirit.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
