Our comprehensive services include title examination, title insurance, deed preparation, settlement and closing services, and closing document preparation. We specialize in a wide range of real estate transactions, including residential, commercial, investment, leasehold, seasonal properties, and land development.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Loan Processor at Gateway Title of Maine, Inc. The Real Estate Loan Processor will be responsible for handling and reviewing loan documents, coordinating with mortgage lending institutions, communicating with clients and other stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth processing of loans. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service to clients.


Qualifications

  • Loan Documents and Loan Processing skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of title examination and title insurance is beneficial
  • will train the right oerson
