Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Broker at SVN Menish Commercial Real Estate. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to brokerage, real estate transactions, customer service, sales, and managing real property. While the role is primarily located in Louisville, KY, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Brokerage and Real Estate expertise
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Knowledge of real property management
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is helpful
• Certifications in Real Estate Brokerage (e.g., state licensing) preferred
