Project Manager

We are looking for an energetic Project Manager to support the continuous improvements of our business processes and technology platforms for our employees and customers. In this role, the Project Manager’s responsibilities include planning, organizing, and managing complex projects that will benefit our internal as well as our external users. This will involve research, development, and product implementation efforts where the Project Manager serves as a liaison between various internal departments, vendors, consultants, and partners to manage and consult on several aspects of assigned projects. Additionally, the Project Manager will oversee and manage the capacity schedule of development resources to ensure ongoing enhancements, bugs and project work is balanced and delivered within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

? Works alongside internal business liaisons, business analysts, and IT to ensure projects are completed on-time and to specifications.

? Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.

? Coordinates and assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of resources working on projects and ongoing maintenance and support.

? Oversees the day-to-day workflow of projects.

? Leads an interdepartmental team to complete system enhancement requests, bug fixes, and projects on-time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.

? Documents and follows up on action items for each project.

? Outlines the tasks involved in the project and owns project documentation that serves as historical artifacts.

? Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.

? Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.

? Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.

? Manages the scope of projects and system enhancements, ensuring scope creep is at a minimum or addressed immediately.

? Identifies and escalates risks to stakeholders.

? Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

? Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.

? Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.

? Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.

? Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

? Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years equivalent experience

? Bilingual (English and Spanish) required

? PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable
