Title: Program Manager
Duration: 6 Month w/ Potential Extension
Location: 100% Remote (Hours 8:00am - 5:00pm CT)
Compensation: $60.00/ HR W2
Responsibilities:
? Oversee rollout of new large-scale solutions and products delivered to clients.
? Develop program dashboards for clear visibility on status and performance.
? Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors using a unified strategy.
? Implement issue-resolution processes with defined escalation paths.
? Facilitate weekly program reviews and client meetings.
? Support field organizations in resolving operational and technical issues.
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PMP certification a plus.
? 8-10 years in client relationship management.
? 5-10 years in software engagement, program, or project management.
? 5+ years of internet experience, with expertise in IT automotive retailing solutions.
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
? Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
? Experience working in highly collaborative and matrixed environments.
