Program Analyst/Scheduler | Make an Impact with Anglicotech!

We seek a Program Analyst/Scheduler who will thrive in a challenging, rewarding, process-oriented environment. You will support the Commander, USINDOPACOM, and other stakeholders by providing performance, schedule, cost management, and associated project oversight.

Location:

• This position is located in Pearl Harbor, HI.

Salary:

• A salary range of $86,000 - $155,000 is available for this position commensurate with education, years of experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, analyze, and document the requirements of a project throughout its lifecycle.
• Provide effective and efficient management, tracking, and reporting of all work, travel support, and deliverables such as, Monthly Status Report (MSR), Minutes, trip reports, SOPs, work breakdown structures (WBS), as well as the accountability and security of all personnel.
• Assist facilitation of project reviews across Projects.
• Utilize MS Project to coordinate, summarize, analyze, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for AAS and DOT&E.
• Manage procurement for all ODCs, equipment, and tools, including soliciting quotes, executing procurements, and providing procurement deliverables.
• Compile requests and obtain travel approvals.
• Review compiled trip reports and travel expense reports.
• Review travel requirements and manage the ITAR, TAR, Visa, and travel documentation processes for all CONUS/OCONUS travel.
• Manage tracking of deployment requirements and pre-deployment processing coordination for all applicable travel.
• Oversee and track progress of ALPHA field activities, ALPHA staff, and partnerships.

Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship required
• An active US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Accounting, Project Management or similar
• 3+ years of experience in Program management with DoD

Preferred Additional Skills:

• 10+ years of program management for DoD
• MA/MS in Business with specialization in Project management, data analytics or similar
• Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
