Operations/LTL Manager

Job Description:

As an operational specialist in our 3PL logistics warehouse, you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the warehouse team to oversee day-to-day activities and identify areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Managing inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts
• Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintaining accurate records of warehouse activities and transactions
• Managing relationships with carriers and suppliers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a warehouse environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software
• Familiarity with WMS, TMS, and other warehouse management systems
