Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Municipal Litigator with Defense Experience at Serviam by Wright LLP. The role involves directing litigation at the mid-level directly under a Defense Partner and delegating tasks related to defense litigation, representing public agencies in courts, preparing for trials, conducting depositions, and drafting legal motions.

Qualifications

• Experience with litigation procedures
• Skilled in preparing motions and conducting court proceedings
• Experience in trial preparation, strategy and timing
• Proficiency in conducting Depositions (taking and defending plaintiff and expert)
• Knowledge of municipal law and defense litigation is a must
