Job Description:

We are seeking a Power Platform Technical Solution Architect with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Pages to design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on solution design, and architecture experience in Microsoft Power Platform, specifically with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, along with Azure services integration.

The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture for complex implementations, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural design of Power Platform solutions, focusing on Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Pages.

? Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in best practices, ensuring high-quality implementations of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

? Customization & Extensibility: Develop and oversee the implementation of custom plugins, PCF controls, JavaScript, and workflows within Dynamics 365.

? Power Pages Development: Design and implement self-service portals using Power Pages, ensuring seamless integration with Dynamics 365 and external systems.

? Integration & API Development: Architect solutions that integrate with external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and RESTful APIs.

? Security & Compliance: Implement secure authentication and authorization models using Azure AD B2C, OAuth, and role-based access control (RBAC).

? Performance Optimization: Conduct system performance assessments and optimizations to ensure smooth user experience and scalability.

? Governance & Best Practices: Define development standards, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.

? Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

? Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior developers and share best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Expertise:

? Dynamics 365 Customer Service – Deep experience in case management, customer interactions, queues, SLA configurations, and knowledge base.

? Power Pages – Proven expertise in designing and deploying secure, responsive portals integrated with Dynamics 365 and external systems.

? Power Apps & Power Automate – Strong experience in building Model-Driven and Canvas apps, automating workflows, and leveraging AI Builder.

? Dataverse (CDS) – In-depth knowledge of entity modeling, relationships, business rules, and data security.

? Custom Development – Hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, PCF controls, Liquid templates, HTML, and CSS.

? Integration & APIs – Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications using Azure Logic Apps, API Management, and REST APIs.

? Azure Services – Proficiency in Azure AD B2C, Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, and Application Insights.

? Security & Authentication – Expertise in OAuth, OpenID Connect, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

? ALM & DevOps – Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and Power Platform Build Tools.
