Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a MicroLED Sales Manager at Seoul Semiconductor. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing MicroLED sales, developing new business opportunities, fostering existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to drive product awareness and market penetration.


  • To take an initiation of the business and contribute to the expansion as well
  • To manage extensive cooperation with Micro LED Supply Chain and accounts
  • To work closely with key partner companies with the supply chain defined
  • To coordinate Sales Forecast visibility for his/her accounts to keep sales growth


Requirements Required:

  • Experiences in Mini or Micro LED & module sales or purchase at least 3 years – preferably more than 5 years with team leading experience
  • Deep understanding of end customer applications with Micro LED (Digital signage, TV, wearable device, AR or MR)
  • Experiences in working together with partnering companies
  • 3-5 years of electronics components OEM or distribution sales with relative customers within the defined industry.
  • Track record of establishing and developing relationships at all levels in a technical sales environment (purchasing, engineering, and executive).
  • Experience in the LED industry with thorough knowledge of micro and miniLEDs.
  • Ability to work together as a team and communicate well internally and externally, both written and spoken
  • Ability to target and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Driven and able to work independently.
  • Forecasting, maintaining records and administration skills including some proficiency with Excel and CRM software.
  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
