The Inside Sales (IS) team coordinates sales activity between customers, operations, and scheduling personnel. The IS team enters orders and processes the different steps along production and fulfillment. We use NetSuite as the enterprise software for much of these activities. Ideal Logistics Associates will be detail oriented, flexible, and a multi-tasker.

Essential Functions

- Shipping Notifications to customers from all mills.
- Manage/Post Shipping Pictures for all PWT Mills
- Provide Back-up for Rail Schematic building for all US PWT Mills
- Provide Back-up for billet beam releases upon QC approval
- Knowledge and understanding of PWT manufacturing processes and product lines.
- Safety consciousness in a manufacturing environment.
- Back-up - Fulfillment processes from Offsite facilities – to include checking for accuracy, scanning, and saving documents, assigning tag numbers to fulfill the shipment and receiving inventory once arrived.
- Clear and professional verbal, phone, and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Ability to adapt to the ebb and flow of routine as well as situational duties.
- Office 365 suite, including beginning Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Daily use of Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Use of Adobe pdf maker
- Data Entry skills and accuracy
