We are seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of civil trial experience to join our growing firm, located in the vibrant and dynamic Midtown Atlanta area. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting legal documents and overseeing discovery
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Provide clients with strategic advice and updates on their cases
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement case strategies
• Maintain well-organized and up-to-date case files

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school (law review preferred but not required)
• Admission to the Georgia Bar
• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience in state and/or federal court
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases and tasks efficiently
