Focus:

• Handle a diverse caseload of insurance-related matters
• Represent clients in state and federal courts
• Manage cases from initial filing through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Advise clients on risk management and compliance issues
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations

Skill Set:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership required
• Strong background in bad faith defense work
• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
