Lead Consultant, Solution Delivery
Location: Remote, United States OR Remote, Canada

As a Lead Solution Delivery Consultant at Vitech, you'll be at the heart of our mission, leading project delivery teams and guiding our clients through transformative changes using Vitech's cutting-edge products and methodologies.

In this role, you'll be a leader, helping teams turn client needs into powerful solutions with the Vitech platform. You'll leverage your deep understanding of both Vitech products and client businesses to drive success.

Your ability to connect with clients, demonstrate empathy, and guide them through the process using our Product-First approach is crucial to creating satisfied customers and ensuring our shared success.

What you will do:

• 
  Lead the Implementation of Vitech Products: You'll guide teams from start to finish, analyzing requirements, helping estimate the delivery timelines and ensuring that the customer receives the most business value from the Vitech product-first driven solutions.

  Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our Product team to bring new features to life that add real value for our clients.


• 
  Be the Bridge: Help translate client business needs into solutions that align with our platform, setting the stage for success from the very beginning.


• 
  Mentor & Empower: Share your knowledge with agile teams, helping them grow and succeed in learning the business and delivering top-notch solutions.


• 
  Champion Best Practices: Make sure that the project's configurations and architecture are set up for smooth upgrades and future success.


• 
  Drive Success: You'll be accountable for delivering results that meet client needs and align with our Product-First philosophy.

  Industry Expertise: You know the ins and outs of the retirement industry and how to match our products to client needs.

  Problem-Solver: You're great at identifying gaps and turning them into opportunities for innovation.

  Agile Methodology Expert: You have solid experience with Agile delivery methodologies and can guide teams through the process with ease.


• 
  Clear Communicator: You can convey complex ideas simply and effectively, ensuring everyone is on the same page.


• 
  Curiosity & Empathy: You ask the right questions, listen closely, and always strive to understand the bigger picture.

Bonus Points:

• 
  SaaS Experience: You've worked with SaaS products before and understand the unique challenges and opportunities they present.


• 
  SAFe: You're familiar with industry-standard SDLC methodologies and the SAFe Agile framework.


• 
  Tool Savvy: Experience with Project Management and Change Management tools like Jira is a plus.


• 
  Educational Background: A degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
