Role Description

This is a part-time to full-time position (approximately 30-40 hrs./week) on-site role for an Insurance Agent Customer Service at Be Well Insurance Solutions located in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves tasks related to customer service, support, satisfaction, and experience in an insurance agency setting.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Prior experience in insurance agency customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual capabilities a plus.
