POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and assist in our initiative to enhance our data, controls, and compliance environment. This role will be instrumental in supporting our policy, process, and procedure upgrades, and various technology implementations. The HR internal will assist the HR department with managing and supporting the company’s systems and operations.
DURATION AND COMPENSATION:
This is a full-time internship position lasting 10 weeks, commencing on / around Monday, June 2 nd , and ending on / around Friday, August 8 th . Interviews will be held in late February, early March. The successful candidate is expected to be available for the duration of the internship.
The internship is paid, and compensation will be competitive and commensurate with education and experience.

BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS:
TRAVEL: Minimal, up to 10%
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: Must be able to operate computer and other office machines and office equipment as the job requires.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires sitting, bending, and reaching. May require lifting up to 5 pounds. Requires manual agility sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers and other office equipment as the position requires. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
MENTAL DEMANDS: Must handle diverse work problems on a daily basis. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure. Must relate and interact with people at all levels in the Company.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Works in a typical office setting. This position may require working outside of standard business hours.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with HR teams across different countries to review policies and compliance related documentation.
- Participate in and support the documentation and upgrade to compliance documents.
- Develop comprehensive documentation related to policy and processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
EDUCATION:
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for Human Resources, or related field.
- Beginner or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively navigate organizational interdependencies and build relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results, work within ambiguity, and successfully managed unresolved situations, frequent change, or unexpected events.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
