HR Analyst
The Role:
The HR Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support and execution of a variety of global HR technologies, processes, and policies. The right person for this role is analytical, detail oriented, adaptable, and operates with a focus on customer service.
This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Manager, HRIS & People Operations.

This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Manager, HRIS & People Operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate employee records, while processing job changes, onboarding and offboarding procedures in a timely manner
- Generate and analyze HR reports, metrics and dashboards to support decision-making and provide insights to HR leadership
- Prepare recurring reports for Senior leadership and HR Business Partners as well as other complex report requests as needed
- Partner closely with other HR functions and HR Business Partners to execute HR operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience and data integrity
- Support audits and compliance-based filings throughout the year
- Monitor the accuracy of weekly electronic data integration feeds between ADP and our various carriers, vendors and partners
- Lead projects related to new or updated API integrations of our HRIS with various vendor partners
- Provide support to employees, managers and HR team members regarding HRIS functionality
- Support the architecture and design of our HRIS tech stack, HR workflows while applying data integrity best practices
- Assist recruiting and onboarding teams with new hires (system entry, paperwork validation, background check administration), as needed
- Document, maintain and communicate core HR processes to stakeholders, managers and employees
- Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible
- Organize and facilitate system testing tied to new programs, systems or process improvement rollouts
- Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
- Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
- Additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred
- 1-3 years of work experience in Human Resources or HRIS Administration required
- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now required
- Demonstrated experience working with HRIS-based APIs required
- Working knowledge of Java, SML, JSON and YAML data formats
- Familiar with API-based tools like Mulesoft
- Positive attitude and customer service focused
- Naturally proactive and analytical with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work with meticulous attention to detail, independently juggling multiple projects and requests

- Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
