We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This position is located at our Louisville CO headquarters. As a Graphic Designer on our creative team, you’ll play a vital role in creating visually compelling packaging, sales collateral, catalogs, POS displays and trade show graphics. Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, this fast-paced role fill be involved in all our product lines across a wide breadth of categories in the outdoor industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop consumer product packaging for the outdoor industry, specifically hunting, shooting, archery, and fishing categories.
• Support sales team by developing a variety of compelling collateral material including sell sheets, catalogs, fliers, signage, print ads and trade show graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across a high sku count portfolio of products.
• Work closely with product development, sales, purchasing and fellow creative team members to ensure clear communication between departments.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of consumer packaging trends, formats, finishes and substrates.
• Create die lines as needed across a wide variety of packaging formats including tuck boxes, trapped blisters, backer cards, clamshells, pdqs and hangtags.
• Manages proofing process, vendor communication and file organization for own projects.
• Create style guides, branding, illustrations, icons, and logos as needed.
• Executes work with a high attention to detail and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative cpg packaging experience.
• Thorough understanding of packaging and or print production.
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Thrives in a fast paced, high sku count, deadline driven environment.

• Base compensation in the $55,000 - $70,000 range (commensurate with experience).
