What You’ll Do

• Solve real-world applied AI challenges, designing tools that transform workflows for physicians and legal teams.
• Collaborate with leadership and customers to align technical solutions with MediScan’s vision.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment, making an immediate impact on our growing product.
• Bring entrepreneurial energy to help scale MediScan AI as a foundational team member.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React JS, and Node.js.
• Experience or a strong interest in AI/ML concepts like reinforcement learning (RL), natural language processing (NLP), and LLMs, including fine-tuning and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a passion for applied AI and building intuitive products.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Python for backend services.
• Familiarity with AWS, AWS CDK, or Terraform.
• DevOps experience or a knack for scalable infrastructure.
• Background in healthcare or legal workflows.
