Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
• Conduct financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Calculate payroll bonuses with accuracy and align them with performance metrics.
• Collect, manage, and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee general reporting processes and deliver actionable financial insights.
• Manage profit-sharing arrangements with carrier partners, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Lead the Agency Support Team, focusing on Licensing, Carrier Appointments, and Data Systems.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and carrier appointment requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency and profitability through financial and operational strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate complex financial information effectively.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Experience with EXCEL features such as Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUPS, VBA, and Macros
• Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills, team player, excellent communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  
  
  

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$102,300.00 - $133,900.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
