At Mission, we provide both consulting and permanent professional placement services of the highest possible caliber for our candidates and client companies. Mission Staffing is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Consultant & Temporary Staffing Services Division. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and screening candidates, presenting qualified candidates with new opportunities, coordinating interviews, and preparing candidates for interviews. This individual will also negotiate and extend offers. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, with strong attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal are needed.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account managers to understand the staffing needs of our clients.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, including but not limited to finance, accounting, compliance, and administrative positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and assess overall fit for client organizations.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively identify potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client representatives.
  • Facilitate the hiring process by negotiating job offers and managing candidate expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and candidate engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance and provide strategic guidance to clients and candidates.


Requirements

  • At least three years of experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate setting
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree
