Are you an experience ETL Engineer who thrives in nimble and fast-changing environments and is passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions? We are in search of an Engineer who can lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of complex data systems and solutions but ensuring data is structured, stored, and used effectively to support the organization’s objectives. The ETL Engineer will enable strategic, big-picture design thinking for the business and how it operates, while collaborating with business and technical counterparts.

This is a hybrid role, 4 days onsite (M - Th) and Friday remote in Sandy Springs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the company's leadership and stakeholders to understand the company's objectives and develop data strategies that support these goals.
• Oversee the management and governance of the organization's data to ensure its accuracy, quality, and security. This will include defining roles, responsibilities, and processes for data management and establishing data governance frameworks.
• Continuously evaluate new data technologies and trends, determining how they could improve the organization's data architecture and integration.
• Identify and solve data-related problems, troubleshooting issues with the database systems, and making adjustments to improve performance.
• Ensure the company's data management practices comply with relevant laws and standards.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience with ETL development responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of data principles and technologies, as well as the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Experience with the latest cloud technologies - Snowflake, dbt, Matillion, Azure, AWS, Tableau, Power BI and natural language query/search tool usage.
• Knowledge of ETL tools like Matillion and help bring new data sources into the Datawarehouse.
• Snowflake is a must have skill.
• Documentation of all the processes and implementations executed is a must.
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Experience working in a Dev Ops/Data Ops environment is a plus.
• Experience with Data Architecture is a plus.
