What You’ll Do

• Oversee project safety protocols, conducting regular safety checks.
• Develop and implement safety and environmental plans.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in a health and safety role within construction or heavy civil engineering. Must have hands-on experience implementing safety programs, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations in a construction environment.
• Certifications and licenses: Preferred, but not required- STSC, CHST, ASP, CSP.
• OSHA Certified and knowledge of ISO standards for safety
• Strong communication skills to support reporting and compliance.
• Proficiency in safety software and Microsoft Office.
