Hybrid: 2-day onsite schedule

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a results-oriented Creative Technologist to be a digital/experience lead on a major account. As part of the Experience group, Creative Technologists are responsible for creative technical solutions that address our needs and translating strategic insights into developing enhanced and interactive user experiences for Omni- channel engagements. You will be the leader for the experience components of the brands’ ecosystem. You will collaborate with strategy, art, copy, UX, and development to produce experiences that enable brands to stand out in crowded spaces.

Creative Technologist Responsibilities:

• Work hand-and-hand with the entire creative team to develop effective branding and advertising campaigns
• Push the envelope to create a quality design that translates across a variety of media channels; digital (sites, social, video, mobile, email, and AR)
• Articulate and defend your ideas in meetings and presentations, but also be open to constructive critique, including client feedback
• Work closely with account management to interpret client needs
• Attend status meetings, client meetings, and research sessions
• Work closely with our development partners as needed
• Driving application innovation and integrating new technologies
• Providing clients and internal departments with end-user support
• Keeping abreast with advancements in application design and new technologies
• Be flexible and ready for anything (including impromptu Happy Hours!)

Creative Technologist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creative technology, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising industry.
• Hands-on experience in Figma Photoshop, XD, Sketch, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile app development (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations, including FDA guidelines, is a plus.
• Experience with emerging technologies (AR, VR, 3D modeling, etc.).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous digital projects and technical creativity.
• Advanced proficiency in dynamic languages, web frameworks, and multiple APIs
• Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing technical solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superb collaboration and communication skills
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional ability to lead technological innovation
• A sense of humor is essential!
