Frederick Fox has partnered with an industry leading healthcare organization on their search for a Controller with healthcare industry experience. In this role you will be overseeing accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as developing internal controls and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting systems, procedures, policies, principles, practices, and initiatives
• Prepare financial reports
• Design and coordinate a variety of accounting and statistical data and reports
• Oversees budget, credit, insurance, tax, treasury, required filings and reports etc.
• Assist in developing operational and capital budgets
• Prepare cash flow analyses and budget variance analyses

Requirements

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years’ Accounting experience
• 3+ years’ healthcare industry experience (with an organization(s) which billed insurance for care provided to patients)
• People leadership of Accounting/Finance personnel
