Job Description

Do you love working with people?

As a Consumer Banker you will use your passion for customer service to support our customer’s banking needs by completing a variety of teller transactions.

In This Role You Will

  • work with a team to greet clients and answer their questions,
  • resolve basic issues, pursue referral opportunities
  • learn skills and apply knowledge related to regulatory standards, policies, procedures
  • help troubleshoot and minimize fraud related situations for our customers.

**Starting at $18/hour based on experience and 22 Paid time off / Sick & Safe days & 11 Holidays days annually**

As a Consumer Banker 1

  • No banking experience required - retail experience welcomed!
  • Combination of High School Diploma or equivalent and customer service experience
  • Experience in cash handling is a plus

As a Consumer Banker 2

  • Combination of High School Diploma or equivalent and customer service experience
  • 2 years related banking experience
  • Experience in sales or promotion of products and services is preferred.

Pay Range

Pay Type : Non-Exempt/Hourly

Minimum : $12.74

Midpoint: $18.22

Maximum : $23.65

Note: The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, time-off, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
