Opening in January of 2023, Embrace ABA, PLLC is located in Mansfield, Texas, specializing in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum. Our mission is to equip children with the necessary tools to succeed by focusing on functional communication, social skills, and community/safety skills. Embrace ABA offers individualized 1:1 therapy, parent training, and collaborative care to ensure comprehensive support for each child and their family.

The clinic is owned and operated by Kandice Sevier, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, who has over 17 years of experience in the field of ABA.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Supervisor - BCBA at Embrace ABA, PLLC located in Mansfield, TX. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis, providing clinical supervision, case management, and utilizing psychology principles in supporting clients and staff. Client hours are 8AM - 3PM M-F

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Supervision skills
• Supervisory Skills and Case Management experience
• Background in Psychology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• BCBA certification required
• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
• Experience in providing clinical supervision in an ABA setting
