Position Description
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Client Success Coach (Sales) to join the team at Realign (Jobtest.org). This full-time role emphasizes sales expertise, exceptional matchmaking abilities, and high emotional intelligence to connect clients with their ideal coaches.
In this role, you will act as an expert matchmaker, being the first point of contact for our clients and playing a critical role in understanding their unique needs. Your mission is to connect them with the most suitable coaches who will guide them toward achieving their career goals. You will leverage your sales acumen to showcase the value of our services, ensuring clients are excited and committed to their journey with us. While you will not carry clients yourself, you will focus on ensuring a seamless handoff to our coaching team.
We have found that individuals who have owned their own businesses, worked in sales, or have prior sales experience thrive in this role. If you have a background that combines sales prowess with a passion for helping others succeed, we want to hear from you. Additionally, you will be the face of our video content, engaging clients through personalized and compelling video communication.

Location and Time Commitment
We are fully remote—you can work wherever you're most productive. This role is full-time and will need to overlap with US EST for the majority of the workday. It is an exciting opportunity that demands a level of dedication beyond the standard 9 to 5. We need someone who's willing to go above and beyond to help us achieve our ambitious goals and who's eager to put in the effort to make a real impact and grow with the company.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with a fixed salary included. Your compensation is directly tied to your performance—the better you are, the more you will be rewarded. A low-performing candidate might earn as little as $60K annually, while a high-performing candidate has the potential to make up to $150K or more, depending on your success in placing clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This structure provides significant earning potential for those who excel in their role.

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Expert Matchmaking: Utilize your high EQ to build strong relationships with clients, deeply understanding their aspirations and challenges. Act as an expert at connecting people, matching clients with the best-suited coaches based on their unique needs and goals.
- Sales & Conversion: Leverage your sales expertise to engage prospective clients, guiding them from initial consultation to a successful subscription. Use consultative selling techniques to highlight the value of our services and drive conversions.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing relationships with empathy and professionalism. Ensure a seamless and positive handoff to the coaching team, maintaining client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the client experience, implementing quality assurance practices to ensure every interaction is meaningful and effective. Gather and analyze feedback to continually improve our matchmaking process.
- Video Communication: Be comfortable and charismatic in front of the camera, creating engaging video content that educates, inspires, and connects with clients as part of our outreach and engagement efforts.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the growth team to provide client insights that enhance our marketing strategies and client acquisition efforts. Share feedback and ideas to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
What You'll Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business ownership, client success, or related roles with a strong track record of converting leads and building lasting client relationships.
- Prior experience owning your own business or working in sales is highly preferred.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ), communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect deeply with clients and understand their needs.
- Proven ability to act as an expert matchmaker, connecting clients with suitable coaches or services.
- Experience in quality assurance or customer success roles focused on enhancing client satisfaction.
- Confidence and charisma in front of the camera, with experience creating engaging video content.
- A client-centric approach with the ability to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
- A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Former experience as a recruiter or in a sales role is a significant plus.
