What You'll Do

• Inspire, guide, and empower the Client Sales team to achieve and surpass goals.
• Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to enhance product adoption among existing clients.
• Work cross-functionally to align on and drive sales initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing a high-performing team.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related fields.
• 5+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• A track record of exceeding sales targets and success in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools, data analytics, and market segmentation.
• Excellent client relationship skills, team collaboration, and motivational leadership.
• In-office work required two days a week (Wednesday and Thursday)
