Chief Design Officer

GreenLeaf Nutrition Hub is seeking a Co-Founder & Chief Design Officer to join their team. This startup is dedicated to meeting the growing need for plant-based nutrition education as more consumers embrace vegan and vegetarian diets. The company's initial focus is on health-conscious individuals seeking guidance on adopting a plant-based diet.

GreenLeaf Nutrition Hub plans to develop a Plant-Based Nutrition Guide App, which will offer comprehensive information on plant-based nutrition, including meal planning, recipe ideas, and nutrient tracking. This app aims to bridge the gap in the market for accessible and reliable plant-based diet information, catering to an increasingly health-conscious audience.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with the co-founder and other team members to shape and execute the vision and strategy for GreenLeaf Nutrition Hub.

2. Leading the design and user experience of the Plant-Based Nutrition Guide App, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.

3. Overseeing the creation of all visual and interactive elements of the app, such as wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

4. Working closely with the development team to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the app design.

5. Conducting user research and testing to gather feedback and refine the app design to meet user needs and preferences.

6. Staying informed on industry trends and best practices in design and user experience to keep the app innovative and competitive.

Requirements include:

- A strong passion for plant-based nutrition and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.

- Proven experience in graphic design, user interface design, and user experience design.

- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

- A creative and strategic mindset, with strong attention to detail and critical thinking about user needs and preferences.

This is a part-time position with potential for full-time growth as the company expands.
