I couldn't have been more thrilled to join Grapevine's Circle up event last night. Thank you Emily Rasmussen for organizing the event and for your warm welcome. The conversations and panel on local giving circles gave me a lot to chew on, particularly in relation to ongoing trends in donor retention rates and donor stewardship.?Between increases in workplace giving, DAF giving, and giving circles, it feels like a wild west of donor coding and journeys, and it's increasingly important to think about how nonprofits steward all constituents, far beyond known donors.
