All of us at the JFK Library and Foundation are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Ethel Kennedy. Years ago, I had the privilege of working with Mrs. Kennedy at the institution she dedicated much of her life to, the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights. Witnessing her patriotism, service, commitment to justice, and deep faith was one of the formative experiences of my life. Her legacy will live on in the countless lives she quietly improved and the many disenfranchised people she gave voice to throughout her remarkable life of service.
