Teen Aide - Fine Arts Center Teen Technician

"GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: FLSA: Hourly Supports District schools and principals in their effort to foster an optimal educational environment for students. To assist the teacher, supervisor and/or aide in caring for the children and maintaining the physical environment of the school facility.

MAJOR TASKS

Assist in setting up light and sound systems to accommodate renters' requirements. Assist with stagehand tasks as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School student in good standing (must be 16 or older) Some experience with children preferred; especially Child Development classes. Exhibit flexibility, creativity, and willingness to learn.

Received from: ECS Director, ECS Coordinator, Teachers, Teachers, ECS Assistant Coordinator, Kid's Club Supervisor, and Kid's Club Adult Aides. Given to: Students with supervision of any of the above.

EVALUATION: At least once annually by the ECS Director in accordance with the Policy of the Governing Board.
