Company Background
Brands are prioritizing driving personalization at scale to increase performance across their digital paid media. Doing so without incurring high production costs, however, is challenging for advertisers.
Adylic has enabled a solution through pioneering Dynamic Creative Optimization.
DCO allows brands to generate personalized ads in real time using data, whilst optimizing to their campaign KPIs.
Working across a variety of screens, formats, and verticals, Adylic devises creative learning agendas that work hand in hand with a brand’s media goals, content strategy and chosen ad tech partner.
Using data resources, creative thinking, and the smart use of technology (some of which is proprietary to us!) Adylic responds to a client’s business and marketing objectives to establish where value and efficiencies can be derived through DCO, whether that be performance uplift, creative testing insight, or speed & flexibility.
We are wholly owned by Omnicom Media Group, delivering unique proximity and seamless integration to the media agencies and their data-driven audience targeting & media planning processes (alongside OMD, PHD and H&S globally).
Whilst we benefit from the strength and backing of a major advertising and media network, we have stayed true to our roots with the culture and atmosphere of a start-up, and all the energy and opportunity for talent that it brings.
Adylic is comprised of a wide-ranging and talented group of specialists, from creative strategists, designers, developers, analysts, technicians, and client servicing managers.
Above all, we have produced some innovative – and effective – work for our clients across the world, including Volkswagen, Bacardi, Mercedes, McDonalds, Canon, PepsiCo, Barclays, HSBC, Levi’s & many more!
Culture
Adylic is proud of its culture and ability to foster progression in an open and challenging working environment. We have a vast range of social clubs including yoga, running and arts, as well as Diversity & Inclusion committees, which cover a wide range of educational topics.
We pride ourselves on the people we hire and encouraging them to grow beyond their day-to-day role.
We support an open and inclusive team structure and encourage all our hires to get involved in a range of projects and learning outside of their roles, for their own personal development.
Being owned by the Omnicom Media Group enables us to be part of wider global programs, whilst always maintaining our small agency initiatives and staying true to our ‘start up’ roots.
