Overview

Subject matter expert responsible for leading all aspects of the Supply Chain acquisition process, from proposal through program execution. The role includes strategic sourcing, managing cost, schedule, and performance, and developing and executing supply chain transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage Supply Chain acquisition processes, including proposal stage and execution.
• Analyze markets and strategic sourcing to align with business goals.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance; ensure on-time delivery, quality, and affordability.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with suppliers.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of Supply Chain Professionals.
• Drive and execute supply chain transformation and improvement projects.
• Handle staffing, recruiting, training, and talent development.
• Negotiate contracts and manage major contractual milestones.
• Implement solutions to complex problems and identify areas for performance improvement.
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of project management and Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of market analysis, strategic sourcing, and supply chain operations.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing strategic supplier relationships.
• Expertise in negotiation and contract management.
