About 360 Energy:


360 Energy is a cutting edge solutions provider in the oil and gas industry. Our In-Field Computing technology empowers oil and gas companies to earn more and flare less. IFC is a modular pad site technology that captures would-be flared or uneconomic natural gas and monetizes this undervalued gas stream at significantly higher valuations when compared to traditional gas off-take options. IFC combusts natural gas to generate electricity which is then used to power energy-intensive data centers on location. 360 Energy is growing rapidly and recently received an investment from Halliburton Labs. About the Position:


We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in lead generation in a B2B sales environment, preferably within the oil & gas sector. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, carrying prospects through a multi-step sales cycle, and effectively articulating complex concepts to C-level executives.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and drive sales opportunities to closure
  • Manage a high volume of leads and prospects through a structured sales process
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of In-Field Computing to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying business development or sales role, preferably in oil & gas
  • Self-starter who is able to excel in an autonomous work environment 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to effectively manage hundreds of leads
  • Adaptability, coachability, high drive, and a sense of urgency - able to excel within a fast-paced environment
  • A sense of curiosity - always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time


What Would Set You Apart:


  • You have experience in oil & gas, either on the OFS-sales side or as a landman, business development (or similar) role within the oil & gas industry
  • You have an existing network within upstream and midstream oil & gas
  • You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to go the extra mile to make an outsized impact in a budding startup


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Expected on-target earnings of $100,000 - $125,000 with uncapped commission potential
  • Flexible time-off policy
