Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Manufacturing Operations: Lead all plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
• Drive Urgency and Results: Address shop floor issues promptly, from equipment downtime to process adjustments, ensuring minimal production loss.
• Leadership and Team Management: Set clear expectations and lead by example to foster respect and accountability across teams, managing in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Operational Efficiency and Problem-Solving: Leverage broad expertise in manufacturing functions like quality, materials, and operations to identify and solve complex issues.
• Financial Performance Management: Make data-informed decisions that impact operational costs and efficiency, with a strong focus on the bottom line.
• Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including production targets, efficiency rates, and scrap reduction.
