ATM Service Technician

A client of Tekstream has an immediate opening for a full-time ATM Technician in the Cartersville/Rome area. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.

Overview:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, responding to service calls, assisting with installing wires and equipment, conducting site surveys, performing installation startup and upgrades, system commissioning, customer training, and tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Other duties include:

• Service ATM and physical security products; including drawers, vaults, safes, n/d, s/d boxes, drive ups, coin machines and pneumatic tube systems.
• Account for all installation tools/equipment and all job parts/inventory.
• Test all serviced/installed equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance per company and customer requirements.
• Pass on important project status information to management as necessary (installation or service).
• Communicate with customers on job status or completion (installation or
• service).
• Complete and turn in all required paperwork in a timely manner according to established procedures and deadlines, i.e. timesheets, expense reports, change orders, equipment transfers, etc.
• Expect to travel in company vehicle.
• Maintain assigned truck stock inventory in an organized manner as well as control safeguard of all company or customer property of which employee has been entrusted.
• Keep assigned vehicle clean inside and out.
• Coordinate and ensure vehicle is maintained according to established standards.
• Maintain a clean driving record and operates company vehicles using safe driving practice.
• Ensure all work is preformed to company quality standards and practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call – weekends and after hours
