THE ROLE

Concept & Strategy

• Develop high-level creative concepts for campaigns, from digital to live-action productions.
• Lead brainstorms, pushing the team toward fresh, bold, and strategically sound ideas.
• Shape the storytelling behind our work, ensuring narratives connect emotionally and drive engagement.

Pitching & Presentation

• Own the room in high-stakes client pitches, delivering ideas with clarity and passion.
• Craft persuasive presentations that bring concepts to life visually and narratively.
• Act as a thought leader, guiding clients through creative decisions with confidence.

Scriptwriting & Storytelling

• Write compelling scripts for brand films, commercials, and digital content.
• Collaborate closely with directors and editors to ensure scripts translate powerfully on screen.
• Bring a strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and emotional impact to storytelling.

Creative Direction & Execution

• Write and create script frameworks for campaign storytelling and commercials.
• Oversee and refine the work of art directors, copywriters, and designers to ensure top-tier execution.
• Work closely with production teams to guide projects from concept to final cut.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 5-7 years in a creative agency or similar environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, scriptwriting, live action production content and ad campaign execution.
• Conceptual Strength: You generate big, breakthrough ideas that feel fresh and brand-relevant.
• Pitching & Leadership: Confident, persuasive communicator who thrives in high-pressure presentations and help guide junior staff.
• Scriptwriting & Storytelling: A writer with a cinematic mindset, capable of crafting compelling brand narratives.
• Collaboration: A team player who elevates those around them, fostering an environment of creative excellence.
• Adaptability: Able to pivot between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution across multiple projects.
