Job Overview:

Cassie Lane Aesthetics is looking for an energetic, confident, compassionate RN/NP/PA to join our team as a part-time aesthetic provider. Cassie Lane Aesthetics offers tox, filler, microneedling, and a wide array of laser services. Our culture is about taking ample time with our clients and providing high-touch and skilled service. We have great perks like treatments and products plus quarterly goal-based bonuses. There are lots of training opportunities in our boutique office and this role has the potential to grow to full time over the coming months to years. Schedule requirements: 3 x 8-hour days per week. We are located off Staples Mill Rd in Richmond, VA.

Duties:

Administer cosmetic injections such as Botox?, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other aesthetic services

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Perform facial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Ensure all procedures are performed with precision, adhering to safety standards
• Educate clients thoroughly on services, expectations, and post-treatment care and outcomes
• Commit to ongoing education on the most advanced techniques

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Aesthetic Injector or Laser Service Provider
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and explain procedures effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort with EMR systems
• Flexible and adaptable in a growing business
• Confident sales skills and abilities

Job Type: Part-time, In-person

Pay: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour

Experience:

• Nursing: 5 years (Preferred)
