We are hiring for the role of Accounting Assistant in the Office of Finance & Accounting! 


Essential Job Functions

  • Prepare claims/vouchers for accounts payable.
  • Maintain detailed accounting of all city departments.
  • Facilitate departmental review of claims dockets and preparation of Large Claim Summaries. 
  • Submit positive pay file to various banks for fraud prevention. 
  • Perform various administrative tasks.
