What You Bring:

• Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of executive-level leadership, ideally with experience in operations, technology integration, or large-scale enterprise management.
• Financial Acumen: Experience managing large-scale budgets, overseeing revenue streams of $150M P&L
• Strategy: Strong track record of setting and achieving business goals, driving growth, and leading transformation initiatives.
• People-First Leadership: Ability to inspire and develop diverse teams, ensuring alignment between departments and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Innovative Mindset: Passion for driving continuous improvement, leveraging technology, and identifying new business opportunities.
