Looking for a Growth Leader to drive embedded insurance strategy and scale partnerships at a globally recognized insurtech.

? Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize embedded insurance programs across auto, home lending, retail, and service platforms.
• Design and map consumer journeys to maximize insurance purchase conversion.
• Work cross-functionally with product, UX, marketing, and sales teams to integrate insurance seamlessly into partner experiences.
• Drive awareness and adoption of embedded insurance through digital and offline channels.
• Lead API integrations and technical enablement to ensure frictionless quote-to-bind experiences.
• Enable partner sales teams with training, tools, and incentive programs.
• Track key performance metrics such as attach rates, conversion, and customer sentiment to optimize embedded programs.

? Qualifications:

• 12+ years in growth, business development, or partnerships within insurtech, fintech, embedded finance, or B2B2C ecosystems.
• Proven success in designing and executing embedded product distribution strategies that drive revenue and engagement.
• Strong understanding of consumer buying journeys in auto, lending, e-commerce, or financial services.
• Experience collaborating with product, UX, engineering, and marketing teams to optimize embedded customer experiences.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in A/B testing, analytics, and API-based integrations.
